SipariÅŸ onaylandıktan ve Ürün teslim edildikten/gönderildikten sonra dijital ürünler için geri ödeme/para iadesi yapılmamaktadır. Site'de satışa sunulan ve/veya Site'nin satışa sunduÄŸu dijital ürünleri alırken, indirirken veya kullanırken sorun yaşıyorsanız, yardım almak için öncelikle Store4Gamer ile iletiÅŸime geçmelidir.

Oyun Hesapları Oyun Hesapları SipariÅŸ onaylandıktan ve hesap bilgileri Kullanıcı ile paylaşıldıktan sonra, eÄŸer Satıcı'nın belirttiÄŸi bilgilerde hata bulunmuyorsa ve/veya hesapta hesap deÄŸerini makul oranda* düÅŸürücü bir sorun bulunmaması halinde, satın alınan oyun hesapları için geri ödeme/para iadesi yapılmamaktadır. Site'de satışa sunulan ve/veya Site'nin satışa sunduÄŸu oyun hesaplarını alırken veya kullanırken sorun yaşıyorsanız, yardım almak için öncelikle Site ile iletiÅŸime geçmelidir.

Store4Gamer olarak Site'ye eklenen birçok içeriÄŸi otomatik yazılımlar aracılığıyla eklemekteyiz. Eklenen bu içerikler belli periyotlarla güncellenmekte olup, oyun içi para birimleri gibi hızlı deÄŸiÅŸen içerikler olması sebebiyle, sizin satın alımınızda ilanda ifade edilen hesabın (Ürünün) içeriÄŸinde farklılık oluÅŸabilir. Ancak hesabın deÄŸerine bu durumun çok büyük bir etkisi olmaz. Her durumda bu deÄŸiÅŸimin hesap deÄŸerine ciddi bir oranda etki yapması halinde Alıcı'ların iptal taleplerine yardımcı olabilmekteyiz. Talebinizin deÄŸerlendirilmesinde karar merci, Site tarafından iÅŸleminize tahsis edilecek Satış Yöneticisi olacaktır.

Digital Products:
There are no refunds/refunds for digital products after the order has been confirmed and the Product has been delivered/shipped. If you are having trouble receiving, downloading, or using digital products offered for sale on and/or offered for sale on the Site, you should first contact Store4Gamer for assistance.
The relevant legislation can be accessed from the subparagraph (ÄŸ) of Article 15 of the REGULATION ON DISTANCE CONTRACTS.

Game Accounts Game Accounts Once the order has been confirmed and the account information has been shared with the User, no refunds/refunds will be given for purchased game accounts unless there are any errors in the information provided by the Seller and/or there are no problems with the account that reasonably reduces the account value. If you are having problems receiving or using game accounts offered for sale on and/or offered for sale by the Site, you should first contact the Site for assistance.

*Reasonable rate:
At Store4Gamer, we add a lot of content added to the Site through automated software. These added contents are updated periodically, and due to the fact that there are fast-changing contents such as in-game currencies, there may be a difference in the content of the account (Product) expressed in the advertisement in your purchase. However, this does not have a huge impact on the value of the account. In any case, if this change has a significant impact on the account value, we can help Buyers with cancellation requests. The decision maker in the evaluation of your request will be the Sales Manager who will be allocated to your transaction by the Site.
