Cinnamon Linden

Serving suggestion: Add a few pieces of ice to the milk and mix. After the ice is crushed sufficiently, add all the ingredients and mix until you reach the desired consistency.

Contents:
  • 200 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk (1.5% fat)

  • 1 Teacup of Linden Tea (brewed and cooled) 2 Tablespoons of Oatmeal

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 2 Tablespoons (26 g) Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate Flavor Shake Mix


Method:

Add all the ingredients to the blender (blender) and blend until you get the desired consistency. Serve now. You can decorate your serving glass with cinnamon.
