WAYS TO PROTECT YOUR SUMMER tan

If you have sweated under the sun for hours for the sake of tanning, you can protect your tan until winter by considering our suggestions below!

  1. Eat plenty of vegetables, fresh salads and fruits: For example, apricots, carrots and red peppers are foods that experts say are "must eat". The beta-carotene they contain helps the skin maintain its bronze tone. The copper in hazelnut, fish or cocoa also activates the metabolism. In addition, special vitamin capsules that you can take as a supplement not only protect the cells, but also support the tan from the inside.

  2. Store plenty of water: Consumption of at least two liters of water a day activates blood circulation, and when more blood circulates in the skin, the color of the skin appears.

  3. Use cream: Moisturize your skin with cream. If you allow your skin to dry out, your dead skin starts to flake off. So you lose your tan. After-sun lotions, vitamin masks and body oils with jojoba are ideal to meet the body's moisture needs.

  4. Prefer alcohol-free cleaning products: Alcoholic cleaning products damage the burned skin. For this, clean your skin softly with alcohol-free cleansing products.

  5. Don't stay too long in the shower: Avoid hot and long baths and showers that will dry out your skin.
