If you have sweated under the sun for hours for the sake of tanning, you can protect your tan until winter by considering our suggestions below!

  1. Eat plenty of vegetables, fresh salads and fruits: For example, apricots, carrots and red peppers are foods that experts say are "must eat". The beta-carotene they contain helps the skin maintain its bronze tone. The copper in hazelnut, fish or cocoa also activates the metabolism.
