SPICY CHAI SHAKE

Serving suggestion: Add a few pieces of ice to the milk and mix. After the ice is crushed sufficiently, add all the ingredients and mix until you reach the desired consistency.

Contents:
  • 250 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk (1.5% fat)

  • 1 Small Banana

  • 1/2 Spoon Chai (cinnamon, cloves, white pepper, cardamom) Half Teaspoon Herbalife Herbal Concentrate

  • Tea – Classic Taste

  • 2 Tablespoons (26 g) Herbalife Formula 1

  • Vanilla Flavored Shake Mix


Method:

Slice the banana. Add all the ingredients to the blender (blender) and blend until you get the desired consistency. Serve now.
